- At your resort's pool. Yes, this means that you have to travel back to your resort, but this break could extend your day or evening exponentially.
- The railroad in the Magic Kingdom. You have three places to get on or off and can go around as many times as you like. It is quite a relaxing trip.
- A show such as the Frozen Sing Along, Finding Nemo, Country Bears Jamboree or Mickey's Philharmagic is a perfect way to be entertained and take a breather.
- Stopping for a meal or refreshment at a quick service dining location. Even grabbing a Mickey ice cream bar and a spot on a bench to devour it is enjoyable in more ways than one.
- The Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover is renowned as a relaxing ride and break spot, especially on a hot day. Some Disney visitors have reported staying on it for ride after ride as a way to relax and slow down. And if you have never ridden the ride once known as the Wedway Peoplemover, you get to look briefly into Space Mountain.
- Take a ride on the monorail. There is one from the Magic Kingdom that stops at the Contemporary, Grand Floridian, and Polynesian Resorts (as well as the Transportation and Ticket Center). You can get off at one or more of the resorts to look around, or travel the entire circle, which includes commentary on the places that you are passing along the way.
- If you are waiting for a parade to start in the Magic Kingdom, take a seat on a curb and utilize the wait as a rest break also.
- Several attractions such as Carousel of Progress or Hall of Presidents in Magic Kingdom, Ellen's Energy Adventure or Living with the Land in Epcot, and The Great Movie Ride in Hollywood Studios are all slower moving, seated rides or presentations that provide rest while still entertaining you.
